mrsperkins @disa498 Yes, the pants have stretch! If you need them a tad tighter, dry them in the dryer for a bit, if not, then I would hang dry. They really are such a cute piece, especially with boots. You are more than welcome, I wanted to make sure I knew the exact size of waist. I hate when my customers aren't happy, so I try to be as accurate as I can.
