theauroraonline @brianna33676 material isn't thin and flimsy nor heavy, relatively light weight, it is a 100% rayon. They aren't specifically a high waisted style but I would assume a narrow hipped or slender body type could wear them that way as the model does. Hope this helps to answer your question!

theauroraonline @rhondavoospa with this brand, the sizing of medium is generally placed at a 6/8. The waist has elastic in the waist so there is a range to the fit. Straight across it measures 14" but when stretched it can fit up to 16" across. Hope this helps! I'm always happy to provide measurements! -xo- K
