Forever 21 chiffon pleat front layered dress

From Forever 21. So cute and sassy but feminine. Back is plain and front is pleated. Several layers of ruffles hide a bloom or two. Can be worn with or without belt. It says a small but it is loose and flows. It should work for medium as well. So sweet. Bought new and never worn.
