hapaclothing@cindieve1 they run pretty true to size as the Xs fits a 0 I'd say if she's closer to a 2 you should go with a Small and if she's more or a 4/6 then medium. I am a 32 C so bust wise she will fit small or medium there is about an inch difference in length but since it's shorts underneath there is no worries for anything to show
