Bow Peplum Top With Cap Sleeves

Very cute periwinkle peplum top from Ruche's 2013 look book. In preloved condition. As seen in third photo, there are some light spots near hemline and one or two very mild snags, but other than that, there are no more visible flaws. Still in acceptable condition. It has somewhat of a flowy fit, but still flatters and highlights the body's curves. Size small. I am an extra small, which is why I am selling it. Otherwise, I'd keep it.
