septemberlover@docwife98 Hi Anne, lying flat the top measures 17" across, when I stretched it, it measured to 21" so that's a total of 42" around if you prefer it to be form fitting. It's very flattering on. I would never think of purchasing for myself a XS, and this top accommodates me and looks very nice. The quality is Outstanding being that it is by Buffalo David Bitton, so that may have something to do with my being able to fit this size. Hope this helps, have a great day!
