Peacock feathers cover the top portion of this adorable dress with an oatmeal color completing the bottom. The sleeves are wide and draped. Belt is detachable but goes perfectly with the dress. Looks great with a tulle skirt underneath like pictured (not included) Size xs but could definitely fit a range of sizes depending on how you like it to fit

I added another photo to give you an idea of the waistband and the fluttering like sleeves, which allows for additional room in areas. Shoulder to hem: 31" Bust: 18" lying flat Waist: 13" lying flat Waist is Elasticized to give a little extra room. The belt covers the waistline so it's difficult to notice. marcella9923 @wolfekrest Oh and I was a size six when I wore this and it was a great fit. As bank manager, it was a tad short (hit about 2 inches above my knees and I'm 5'5) so I always wore a cute black ruffled skirt under it, which I will eventually be listing.
