I added another photo to give you an idea of the waistband and the fluttering like sleeves, which allows for additional room in areas. Shoulder to hem: 31" Bust: 18" lying flat Waist: 13" lying flat Waist is Elasticized to give a little extra room. The belt covers the waistline so it's difficult to notice. marcella9923@wolfekrest Oh and I was a size six when I wore this and it was a great fit. As bank manager, it was a tad short (hit about 2 inches above my knees and I'm 5'5) so I always wore a cute black ruffled skirt under it, which I will eventually be listing.
