signs of wear? are those sequins or is it a shimmery fabric?

@msmit245 Hello 😀 There are no signs of wear. I wore this once to the military ball, probably 3 hours tops because we we're extremely late. It is all over silver sequin except waist and bust area. Hope this helps!
