bcgreer @carhawk Hello! The entire bust of this dress stretches almost like an accordion... Unstretched it measures 11.5" and stretched could go anywhere from 12" to 20".

bcgreer @carhawk The top portion is fitted, but I didn't feel it was too tight at all. If you look at the picture the dress is stretchy where the bust begins horizontally, the waist vertically with the dark gray and black stripes, and then it flares out where the horizontal stripes begin for the skirt and that bottom skirt portion is not stretchy. The waist portion stretches from 13" to 20" as well. Where the shoulders are, that portion is not stretchy. Hope that helps! ❤️
