Could you wear a strapless bra with this? Also, would it fit a 38c?

@darlabutler2013 Hi Darla! You definitely can wear a strapless bra with this halter top, the back comes up high enough to cover it. I'm the same size chest as you, and this fits me just fine. The material is 5% spandex so it has great give and recovery!
