This is a reposh for me even though it's lovely I just haven't gotten around to wearing. It was bought in France on vacation by its original owner. It's a child's size but fits like an adult XS and would work as a more fitted small as well. In EUC. Brand is called Petit Bateau and is similar to Saint James. It measures 17" from underarm to underarm and is 23" long.
