This skirt is so gorgeous. It is a layer of eyelash scalloped lace underneath a layer of chiffon-like crepe. It is sheer so it's best worn over tights or a short skirt underneath. Perfect for those fall layered looks and also a super on-trend color for fall '15! Made by Two of Us for Anthro. It is somewhere between midi and maxi length. I am 5'2" for reference. Zip closure. Only worn once. Best fits a 4 or 6. Could fit an 8 worn high waisted, and a 4 low on the hips.

caitlers@nicole061281 I am so sorry I forot to post those masurements for you! It is a wider waist band so I took 2 measurements. It is 15.5" at the top and 17 where it meets the skirt part. Hope that helps!
