This is one of the best projects I've made from my home in a long time. Has some of you know I have tons and tons of quartz crystals I harvest. Recently I added salt rocks to my home to combat negative frequencies and ions. I used a garage sale metal container, took the light socket out of an ugly lamp, put it through the middle, and added chunks of Himalayan rock salt around it. The frequencies have changed, this is good if you use a lot of electronics. I'm going to make one for every room.

gypsyangel @bteboop64 these lights are so nice and change the atmosphere and the frequencies in your home, I have about four in my house now. The Himalayan salt chunks look for good deals for those on eBay

gypsyangel @meversole59 hi Marie, yes these are great lights I've made about seven of them from my home. I get the Himalayan rock salt off of eBay I buy at least a 2 inch chunks and they're anywhere from $10 to 2 pounds

gypsyangel @meversole59 and the light fixture things I got those off at eBay to for about six dollars each I found it was easier to just buy am complete them to try to build one from the materials at Lowells and you just get a birdcage or whatever you have that you can put the salt in and put the light bulb hundred carefully set the rocks on top of it and plug it in
