backporchdealz @siouxshawn 😊😜😂😂I think the ruching on the sides helps in keeping the love handles under cover somewhat.. Because those gathers help make the bottom flare slightly

siouxshawn That's what I was thinking. I'm built in an odd way. I'm a 36D and I'm short waisted with really long legs. Good huh? BUT. My bust-waist-hip ratio isn't suited to a lot of styles I love. My waist even at my fittest isn't tiny. Like, wrap dresses and bias cut dresses look like ass on me. I'm always on the lookout for things that give me the illusion of having a small waist.
