vanessa_ward08 @emmy_jay99 what if I made a new listing, and lowered the price to $10 so you get $0.99 shipping, and only pay $11 total! Otherwise you'd pay $13 total because lowering to anything below $10 doesn't get the discounted shipping. Would that work for you?
