@nicole061281 no problem. My measurement may not be exact - goes from closer to 14" at top of waistband to slightly wider at the bottom - if it helps. Also it doesn't have give/ stretch at the waist so it would stay put, for what it's worth :-)

Thanks, in the past I used to size out of Vince, sometimes a 0 would fit. I will recheck my skirts to be sure :)
