Beautiful necklace by Stella and Dot with champagne colored faux pearls and bronze-y gold balls. Some of the gold balls have oxidized a bit and one ball in particular has a dark spot (see second picture). It's not noticeable when you're wearing it and I've worn it many times like this. I also have the matching bracelet in excellent condition if interested.
