@noraenergic will do tmrw as I'm not home but the inside shorts are elastic and it has a zipper for the outside. Should fit a larger small to medium. So about a size 6-8. It's really cute and fun😊👗

@noraenergic hey dear. So it's approx 28-30 inches circumference all round and that's designed to sit on your hips not high on your waist so it's pretty much a true medium. Lemme know if still interested 😊
