samifiedlerHi Kristi. I ordered the tan lucky brand Basel booties 8.5 a couple days. I just tried on a different pair of boots by lucky brand and they run small. I seem to be a 9.5 with them so my order won't work. Is there a way you would let me cancel the order?

Jan 04Reply

Nov 16Reply

estahelAlso, I'd like to personally apologize if I fumbled with some of the etiquette.... here on the site or with the review. I Just saw that live notes existed! I'm new, and I jump in and learn by doing vs reading the manual.

danibrooke84Hello my daughter is 14 and got on my acct and made an offer and ordered an outfit she had no permission to buy with my bank card and I tried to cancel it but she made an offer so it wont allow me to cancel but I waa told to contact u and have u cancel the order so I can get my money refunded. I'm sorry for her doing this.

Mar 05Reply

danibrooke84Hello I am trying to get in touch with u to cancel an order from yesterday because my daughter got on and used my bank acct to male offers and order items, I was told it would be easier on everyone to get in touch with u to have u cancel it so I can be refunded than me having to stop payment on it through my bank.
