tallgirl14@bellanblue I love this. Very clever & likely the thoughts & ideas for many posher's. Thanks very much for sharing with us!

Sep 29Reply

tallgirl14@bellanblue Hi Jennifer, I would never copy or anything of that sort. Although, do you think it's in bad taste to share w/my followers? Let me know. Thanks, Susan

Sep 29Reply

bellanblue@tallgirl14 if you just want to share that's ok. You can make a similar listing but with your own design.,

Sep 29Reply

tallgirl14@bellanblue Ok. Thanks. I think sharing & spreading the 'ideal ' of what Poshmark is all about can't hurt. I've been selling since February and it has been a wonderful experience with woman with similar minds like us, but I have unexpectedly come across others who have been mean, leave awful comments, etc. ~~they need to try EBAY.....as this is not a 'bargain hunting let's make deal ' type of place. Have a great night!

Sep 29Reply

maddyrae22This is perfect! Love it!

Oct 05Reply

bellanblue@maddyrae22 thanks sweetie. had to put it up after a not so pleasant encounter with a bad apple. :(

Oct 05Reply

maddyrae22Thats not good...I just had a bad experience as well so I definitely understand. Hopefully this post will help and make it so it won't happen again :)

Oct 05Reply

refindboutique@tallgirl14 - I wrote that in a comment to someone who kept lowballing me....."Go back to eBay". I wasn't accepting $15 for an $85 item. :)

Oct 07Reply

bellanblue@cathyrollins18 I can do $50 for boots if you buy now. Lmk

Oct 07Reply

tallgirl14@refindboutique Hi there, good for you that you had the moxie to write that comment to someone who low balled you. It really becomes old after a while! Waste of our 'precious ' time. Nice to meet you! Susan

Oct 08Reply

1angels4me💞Love it💞‼️

Oct 08Reply

angelafox@bellanblue Love this post! I am dealing with my own unpleasant experience right now! I accepted an offer I knew was too low and now they're trying to say it's damaged, was misrepresented and want a refund... Life's not free people!

Oct 09Reply

angelafoxP.S. I hope it's ok I shared this with my followers ❤️

Oct 09Reply

bellanblue@trishabellino I can do $36 for the blue top if you buy now.

Oct 09Reply

bellanblue@aztec_rose85 sweetie I will do $30 for you if you buy now for Largr size cream. Lmk & I will set you up

Oct 10Reply

aztec_rose85@bellanblue ok perfect :)

Oct 10Reply

bellanblue@sonya5030 ok how about $35 with reduced shipping. this is a new item and i don't normally discount on single brand new items but since you are a BRAND NEW customer, i will do it for you. lmk if that will work and i will make you a special listing with lower shipping.

Oct 11Reply

bellanblue@edwards13 hi the best price i can do for you if you buy now is $45 with reduced shipping. this is a brand new item and it's selling out quickly. lmk if that works and i will set up for you. :)

Oct 12Reply

edwards13What's your lowest for that, the tank in black and the boots in brown that I just liked?

Oct 12Reply

bellanblue@edwards13 i can do even $125 for all 3 with free shipping. if that works what size for the top extender and the boots?

Oct 12Reply

edwards13That works.. Small in the tank and top! One question though do the boots run true to size or do they run a tad big.. I wear a 6.5 to 7 depending on how they're made

Oct 12Reply

edwards13& could I get the much instead of the black tank please

Oct 12Reply

bellanblue@edwards13 for the tank, what color? the boots run big. i'm normally 7.5 but can wear 7 in these as well.

Oct 12Reply

edwards13I meant mocha 😊

Oct 12Reply

edwards13If the boots run big I will need a 6.5

Oct 12Reply

bellanblue@edwards13 ok small for the tunic top, s mocha for the tank and 65. for brown boots. tag you soon. :)

Oct 12Reply

bellanblue@splowman28 since this is a brand new item and sold out in two days, my best price is $45 if you buy now. i can get reduced shipping for you to help with cost. lmk if that works and i will set you up.

Oct 20Reply

jenn144@rach6678

Oct 20Reply

bellanblue@jenn144 no I'm sorry this was made just for my closet as it has my closet name on it. you were welcome to make your own version. :)

Oct 20Reply

ollieknowsHi! Sorry to bug you but I was hoping you could tell me how a buyer can put a bundle together and then make an offer on it. I had a lady ask me but I couldn't figure it out. All it seems to offer our customers is a straight buy option.

Oct 20Reply

bellanblue@ollieknows you make a bundle at your agreed price and she just buys it. no offers needed.

Oct 20Reply

bellanblue@brionna1991 best price since that top is brand new. I just got it in yesterday is $40 with reduced shipping. Offer is only good if you buy today. 😀

Oct 20Reply

bsplash1688I just saw you are presenting at Posh Fest!! How fun!!!

Oct 22Reply

bellanblue@bsplash1688 I'm so over the moon happy to see everyone. Will you be there?

Oct 22Reply

bsplash1688Unfortunately, no! It always seems to fall on a weekend that I already have plans. Fingers crossed for next year!

Oct 22Reply

westcoastchic@bellanblue I'm so glad to have seen this. It's one of my questions I have on a list for Poshfest. I've seen where they say not to ask buyers to leave feedback and such but 3 out of my last 5 sales have been to newbies who don't accept the items. I have had to wait the 4 days to get my money. It's frustrating because I spend time and money trying to get the item shipped that same day and packing it up all pretty, and even though I do eventually get paid, it'd be nice if it was appreciated.

Oct 22Reply

westcoastchic@bellanblue sorry for the rant😁 do you mind if I post something similar to the first box in my closet? Thank you! I hope to meet you at Poshfest!

Oct 22Reply

bellanblue@italia1grl sure make your own version. np with the rant. we all have those days. i will be speaking at PF. so you will definitely see me.

Oct 22Reply

westcoastchic@bellanblue Thank you💜

Oct 23Reply

bellanblue@kate6252000 hi I can do $50 with reduced shipping if you buy now for the boots. Lmk if that works & what size, I will set you ip

Oct 25Reply

atomic_kitty@bellanblue Hello! I usually never ask questions but how do you give buyers reduced shipping? Sometimes it does it when I lower the price on a listing more than 10% and sometimes it doesn't. Any tips? Thank you so much I appreciate the help 💞

Oct 25Reply

bellanblue@atomic_kitty set the listing to a high price, then you have to like the listing, then change to actual price. You will get notification so you will see if it's reduced. Keeping doing this until you get it. Sometimes it takes 3-4 attempts. Only when you get it, then tag buyer to buy.

Oct 25Reply

atomic_kitty@bellanblue thank you so much!! It worked! I really appreciate your help!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ you're the best😘

lmaselter5265Nice closet!

Nov 02Reply

blonderaider21Also no INFANT clothes! I can see unisex stuff bc I wear a lot of sports gear for my teams but the baby clothes all over the place are beyond annoying. Also...used lipstick/makeup? Gross!

Nov 02Reply

allieaustinDo you mind if I post this on my page?

Nov 02Reply

bellanblue@allieaustin hi sweetie. this was made specifically for my page as my name is on it. you are more than welcome to make you own version of it. :)

Nov 02Reply

healchnoHere! Here! Woo hoo!! Yep! I 2ND THAT EMOTION!! LOVE! LOVITY!! LOVE! LOVE THIS!!

Nov 03Reply

twins4me21Low ballers drive me crazy. I'd rather keep the item than make 1.00 from a sale. So frustrating.

Nov 03Reply

chinakittenWish I could share this but I don't want to disrespect you. This is so accurate! You're awesome.😊👌🏼💕

Nov 04Reply

jags310@bellanblue - I am sharing this! You did a great job putting this together!

Nov 04Reply

sheerelegance@bellanblue You seem to have your Posh knowledge down.. If you have time I'd like to ask.... Under our closet name there are credentials and or rules posted. Does Posh do that and it's invisible to us ? Or how do I apply my own in that area ? Also, is it Posh legal to have a meet and greet in your area ?

Nov 04Reply

bellanblue@peggywatts what credentials? you can change that top portion by clicking profile. yes you can have a local meet and greet.

Nov 04Reply

sheerelegance@bellanblue For example, fast shipper, posh mentor, top 10 ? I've gone into profile but don't see the place to put it. Guess I will look again. Thank you so much for taking the time.

Nov 04Reply

bellanblue@peggywatts oh posh does that.

Nov 04Reply

sheerelegance@bellanblue Thank you very much. I just wrote them.

Nov 06Reply

spadoni57@bellanblue Excellent!

Nov 07Reply

ostrovska18So well said! It really bothers me when people complain about something they were aware of before the purchase or the item doesn't fit so they give a lower rating. I've described and measured an item for a buyer and she still gave me four stars because it didn't fit! Another girl gave me a one star because the item didn't fit her! ☹ ugh.

Nov 08Reply

goody45beautiful post 😀🙆🙆

Nov 08Reply

poshmishmoshIt was a pleasure to meet you at PoshFest ❤️

Nov 09Reply

bellanblue@poshmishmosh hi Kim! Yay! Wish we had more time to chat

Nov 09Reply

liv_cthis is fantastic. i had some nut get pissed at me and then write crazy comments on some of my listings, including "why are you using Posh as a front for drug trafficking?" on one and "what did you put in the item you shipped me that made me break out in hives?". needless to say they were not following some posh rules in their own closet so i reported all "guilty" listings and reported them for harassment as well as blocked them. peeps be crazy!!

Nov 09Reply

Nov 10Reply

jojobab3Always loved and admired your closet!

Nov 11Reply

jeiluxeOMG THANK YOU! after having 40 Plus 5 star ratings? This one girl, after LOWBALLING and begging to get a 80$ dollar jacket for 15$, gives me a 1 star rating. Why?? BECAUSE OF SHIPPING! To add insult to injury? She said its horrible communication when I contacted HER to tell her I was in the hospital had just came out and was shipping late even apologized

Nov 11Reply

jeiluxeSent a gift for the delay, thanking her, and she straight up lied when she never even responded to me! Had I not just been like whatever? I would've never gave her that jacket for the price. Pathetic. So ungrateful. Now I see why people are so adamant about firm prices. I've never seen someone lie. Lol and what's worse? SHE DIDN'T CANCEL, IGNORED ME, but wanted to make sure I received a low rating. What a classless person. I agree with this 100%!!!!

Nov 11Reply

busybrownHooray!! Everyone should have access to these words. Hooray!!

Nov 11Reply

mapleseed@paulinoerica88 Seriously? Wow !

Nov 12Reply

mapleseedAgreed. I've been outward rude| disrespectful once to another closet...I don't regret it all because it wasn't a direct attack at her product but the whole counterfeit cosmetics community. I don't visit and I don't harassed...but it get me angry when I know counterfeits are not healthy...but people still indulge in them.

Nov 12Reply

glamourmommyThank you for posting this!! I just started Poshing and have had every single one of the dont's happen to me!! Lol!!

Nov 12Reply

diane060Love it! I'm not really sure I know how to but if it's OK with you can I put some of these rules in my closet

Nov 13Reply

Nov 13Reply

diane060@bellanblue thank you

Nov 14Reply

jhuliskaLove this and totally agree ! I had a girl write that I was buying from an app is never heard of and my stuff was bad quality - she had never purchased anything from me and was totally out of line. This was my first experience like that and it still bothers me. I blocked her but it was just hurtful and I had five stars on that item from everyone. Thanks for posting I may repost.

Nov 15Reply

danie8280I love this!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nov 15Reply

girlyfajasLove it

Nov 15Reply

alluck1210@bellanblue could i borrow some of this for my closet please? The amount of lowball offers and constant asking if I'm interested because i liked and/or shared is getting to be too much lately. I kindly informed another posher yesterday about posh etiquette and how its on the don't list to constantly ask everyone if they are interested. She deleted the listing and reposted. Obviously she didn't like that. I keep getting offers for HALF of the listing price.

Nov 15Reply

bellanblue@alluck1210 sure. Just make your own version

Nov 15Reply

alluck1210@bellanblue thank you. I just want the first picture. The rest I'll make my own

Nov 16Reply

bellanblue@smchop it was awesome! went by way too quickly. i love seeing my PFFs.

Nov 16Reply

rianemone@bellanblue Hi Jen, may I use this as inspiration for my own etiquette listing? I won't use images or your wording 😉 This is just SO great! 💙 I wish it was required reading before purchasing 😂😂😂 lol!

Nov 17Reply

bellanblue@rianemone sure go ahead and make your own version. :)

Nov 17Reply

rianemone@bellanblue Thank you!!

Nov 17Reply

1pickyshopper@bellanblue Ok, I know I have asked you a million questions, but I feel like my closet is not inviting, I guess I will have to invest in a better Mannequin. Have you heard of an app called eraser? Do you think a mannequin really helps or can I put a hanger on the door. Can I borrow your models😀😀😀😀ha ha. Please give me an honest opinion of my closet, it won't hurt my feelings😀😀

Nov 17Reply

sable_on_blondThank you for this listing. I've been having some bad experiences with buyers as of late with low ratings and stating "other" as the reason. It's hurtful and upsetting b/c so much work goes into posting items, caring items and shipping items. So thank you for creating this post b/c it needs to be said😊

Nov 17Reply

bellanblue@pirate_girl14 best price i can do is $39 for the plaid bow top with reduced $2.99 shipping so you save from that as well. let me know what size and i will set up for you.

Nov 18Reply

pirate_girl14Could you do $35, if not I'll do $39 and take in a small. Thanks!

Nov 18Reply

bellanblue@pirate_girl14 no sorry I can't since posh collects 20%. I will tag you with $39 losting

Nov 18Reply

bellanblue@keycloset pls don't copy my pic. You are welcome to make your own version but this made specifically for my closet.

Nov 19Reply

bellanblue@keycloset just use a photo app to make your own image. There's plenty out there. Never take pictures without asking. 😀

Nov 19Reply

Nov 20Reply

bellanblue@abbeyblair you are entitled to your opinion. but this is definitely not rude. as a matter of fact, you are the only complaint I've had. i'm simply stating facts. if you don't like them, pls don't stop back. happy poshing.

scarletbettyHello, love your closet! Would you mind telling me how I can hook my buyers up with a lower shipping fee without reducing the price of my item? I have no idea how to do that! Thank you!

Nov 23Reply

bellanblue@scarletbetty make a listing with a crazy high price, then like, then chnage yo correct price. Keep on doing it until you get reduced shipoing. Only then tag buyer to purchase. That's it!

Dec 02Reply

bellanblueLADIES a big favor to ask. i have a customer who is bad mouthing me and making false accusations about my closet, customer service and character. i sent her perfectly good items and she snagged them and is now asking me to replace them. i offered her 15% off eventho i am 110% sure i sent her perfectly good items. she now has 2 listings up in her closet. i would like them to be removed ASAP. her closet name is haleigh1511.

amyleigh71Hey! May I borrow this for my closet? 😁

Dec 04Reply

bellanblue@amyleigh71 hi sweetie! You a re welcome to make your own version but this was made for my closet, my name is on banner. Go ahead & use the verbiage.

Dec 04Reply

ericagigs@bellanblue hey girl! Do you know what I'm supposed to do when I dropped a package off at the post office and it still says pending scan? PM just emailed me about it but they take a long time to reply. I shipped 4 other packages that day and they're all either delivered or 'shipped'. Thanks! -Erica

Dec 04Reply

bellanblue@ericagigs the thanksgiving holiday is slowing down delivery. my items i shipped monday barely got scanned today. give it a few days.

Dec 04Reply

ericagigs@bellanblue okie thanks! Just getting nervous because PM emailed saying I only have 2 days to ship. Also don't want it to change my shipping time ;)) Thanks for getting back to me! Goodnight!

Dec 04Reply

laurenvvAAAMMEEN!!!

Dec 05Reply

chaule03@bellanblue just a quick question. How do you have extra protected yourself instead of just replying on post only when u shipped the item out and the buyer buy it and file a complaint that item is not as described etc.... and I don't want to received a bad rating just on this one either. It is sad that something is not fit people instead of reposting it. They make complaint. This is my first time ever. Hope no more come

Dec 05Reply

bellanblue@chaule03 sadly there are many customers who are being unfair and making false claims because of various reasons. just make sure to take clear pictures and have a thorough description. most of the time its sizing issues.

Dec 05Reply

bellanblue@chaule03 sadly it won't be your last. i get it here and there. but posh is pretty fair so make sure to keep in contact with them. :)

Dec 05Reply

chaule03@bellanblue so are they going to send you the email let you see what the other send a picture . The only thing is I don't want to lose money or posh money since i sent out what I supposed to be sent. I always record on my phone whenever I sent the item out and I sent over to them. Hope everything goes well. Thanks so much to have someone to talk to.

Dec 05Reply

bellanblue@chaule03 you have to ask them for photo proof & they will provide it.

Dec 05Reply

chaule03@bellanblue by email to them. Usually how do u upload your proof. I just sent to them with email. That is all. And usually how long it take for them to reach a decisi on

Dec 05Reply

bellanblue@chaule03 yes by email to posh support

Dec 05Reply

chaule03@bellanblue ok thanks so much .

Dec 05Reply

summerruby86I really love your closet and sharing your items- blue do you have 2 closets or do you follow them unfollow? I think I have 2 names like your brand that have followed me in my sharing in the last month and I want to share the right closet

Dec 06Reply

bellanblue@summerruby86 hi sweetie. only this 1 closet. :)

Dec 06Reply

xtineYou and the other people need to get over yourselves. You guys tagged me in the first place to repost your stupid pictures and play the stupid game. So don't come back to me a YEAR later complaining about pictures being "copied". This is a freaking app. My goodness, I have a real life and don't check this every day so stop harassing me over a freaking picture that's not even of a person but of WORDS ABOUT A SALE/and a game.

Dec 06Reply

bellanblue@xtine I've never told you to use my picture. Pls read the instructions. No need to be rude.

Dec 06Reply

alexanderb2014Love this post, I just had a bad experience, I should make a post for Serious buyers only! I was all excited because someone had bundled several items so I had packed everything and then they never purchase:( btw very nice closet:)

Dec 07Reply

Dec 08Reply

artistichaterHi Jen! Do you still have a party tag list? Can you add me to yours again? I haven't gotten a notification in a few weeks…

Dec 08Reply

chaule03@bellanblue do u know usually how long it takes for posh to reach their decision. I asked for photos but they say they still have to wait for the other party.thsnks

Dec 08Reply

bellanblue@chaule03 takes them a few days, depending on how busy they are

Dec 08Reply

bellanblue@artistichater 👍🏻

Dec 08Reply

glamourmommy@bellanblue - I need advice! Someone accepted my offer about a week ago. She still hasn't sent it out nor has responded to any of my inquiries. What do I do?

Dec 11Reply

bellanblue@glamourmommy you mean for sizing?

Dec 11Reply

glamourmommy@bellanblue - no, to ask her when she was going to send it. Funny thing is, she has been responding to others interested in things in her closet!

Dec 11Reply

bellanblue@glamourmommy email posh support. They will step in to contact get. I really hate that.

Dec 11Reply

glamourmommy@bellanblue - is that weird or am I overreacting?

Dec 11Reply

glamourmommy@bellanblue - I did already😞. I feel like a tattle tale

Dec 11Reply

sarrafabulousthis is great! low balling is annoying, but i think some may do it just to see what your lowest counter offer is. i hope anyway. lol i had an item listed at $16 and someone offered $3. Yep. I wanna make 5 cents off that!

Dec 11Reply

pammallaHi Jennifer. I need some advice.....I have someone that has messaged me about 40 times in 2 hours questioning me about different items in my closet. At first I was answering her questions, but then she asked about outside transactions and for me to text her. I do not want to give anyone my number and I don't do transactions outside of PM. She wants me to bundle a Gucci bag, Judith Leiber bag, MK tote, Tory Burch sunglasses, and then some other items she commented on as well.

Dec 12Reply

pammallaContinued ☝️☝ But if you could look in my closet at any of these items you will see her. What do you think I should do? I am getting a bad feeling about her. I feel that if I sent her the items, she would file a claim (call it intuition). Thank you for any advice you can give me. I know there are scammers out there but I just don't know if she is one of them or not. Thank you Pam

Dec 12Reply

bellanblue@pammalla good girl. no outside talking or transactions. you will be in big trouble if you do. tell her you are more than willing to help her but only on posh. that you do not take transactions outside of posh since it's prohibited.

Dec 12Reply

pammallaJennifer, I did tell her that but she is very persistent. Do you think I should block her?

Dec 12Reply

bellanblue@pammalla yes block her. not worth your time.

Dec 12Reply

gitalitaThank you for the shares. I will return the favor when I wake up :)

Dec 13Reply

jenangel89This is so adorable!

Dec 13Reply

wrappedingrayHi..awesome closet! I have a question and I was hoping you could help me by answering.. how do you deal with low ball offers? Should I bother to counter or just decline the offer? The offer was 60% off of my asking price.

Dec 14Reply

bellanblue@sdiep personally i don't waste my time. they are so rude. i mean this is not a swap meet or something. they don't consider our time and effort we put into making the listing at all. DECLINE.

Dec 14Reply

wrappedingray@bellanblue thanks so much for responding!

Dec 14Reply

luxxgirlhi bellanblue, what kind of tips do you have for a new member to posh?? i saw your video on youtube. do you think new shares or more followers helps to get sales? thank you

Dec 15Reply

nicole0982000@bellanblue Amen! The rude comments about listing prices is ridiculous! Don't like the price, make an offer or shut up and don't buy it! 😝🙄

Dec 16Reply

thewildplumHi, I'm trying to take my closet "full retail" and I've noticed that you're one of the "power sellers" on Posh. Are you able to give me any tips on selling retail only & how to increase sales to at least the "mini power seller" level?...lol Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Dec 17Reply

bellanblue@toryshop yes there's plenty of photo apps where you can choose your own background and just make your own font. you can make it unique for your closet.

Dec 17Reply

toryshop@bellanblue Jennifer/I won't use it/if you don't want me too/you didn't have to block me!

Dec 17Reply

Dec 18Reply

wrappedingrayHI! Please help advise!!..after communicating on an item the buyer suddenly asked if we could start communicating via text.I said no..but I'm wondering why they would want to communicate outside of PM? Is this something that scammers do?

chaule03Do u know any other way to do the discount shipping or it is only work sometimes. Even though I try a couple of time still would not do it . Thanks

Dec 28Reply

bellanblue@chaule03 you just have to keep making listings until you see it. one time i had to do it 10 times.

Dec 28Reply

chaule03But does it work all the time or there are time it does seem not to work

Dec 28Reply

kpawsrnLOVE this! I'm a baby Posher, but as my followers and sales are growing, I'm starting to come across the lowballers, "browsers" who act as if they're buying then disappear, and the ones who leave nasty comments. Nobody has time for that & it's just plain rude. MOST everyone has been incredibly nice & helpful to me while I learn. So I like to leave comments when I see things like this just letting you know I think it's great! Straight forward, but not rude in any way 😊

Dec 28Reply

kpawsrnOH!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the shares!! I definitely have noticed you helping me out with that and I am truly thankful! 💕💕💕

Dec 28Reply

rachelaristiaWhat does this mean "No advertising in others closets" and "Sharing doesn't equal interest" ? I am trying to understand your perspective on that. But most of them are definitely true. Happy Holidays!

Dec 28Reply

bellanblue@rachelaristia all that means is you should never go into another closet & promote your closet.

Dec 28Reply

bellanblue@rachelaristia just cuz someone shares your listing doesn't mean they are interested in buying. So don't ask them if they want to buy.

Dec 28Reply

rachelaristiaThanks for your explanation. Happy Holidays!

Dec 28Reply

Dec 29Reply

alluck1210@bellanblue hi Jen. I just wanted to thank you for the helpful YouTube videos. I'm co-hosting my first party in a couple weeks and had questions about how it goes and host picks. One of my mentors and friends on posh, @liz198501, informed me that you had many helpful videos. You how-to video answered all my questions. It's great that you do that to help us out ⭐🎉

Dec 31Reply

bellanblue@alluck1210 hi yes please search bellanblue on youtube. i have a video on how to make hosting a virtual party easy and breezy.

Dec 31Reply

alluck1210@bellanblue i did already. I was just saying thank you for taking the time to make the how to videos. They're a huge help

emilyleath92Hi! I have a question, where do you get all the clothes you sell? I've been seeing a lot of people purchasing things and reselling on posh! And I'm just interested on how you do it

Jan 05Reply

bellanblue@emilyleath92 i get my clothing in LA. you need to have a seller's permit to sell wholesale.

Jan 05Reply

emilyleath92Ah okay, thanks! In love with your closet btw 😍 keep up the amazing work

Jan 05Reply

ceci1991@bellanblue check out my closet :)

bellanblue@gigi125 I can do $40 if you buy now for striped dress in black & white. Let me know if it works & I will set up.

Jan 05Reply

y3124@bellanblue I totally agree, and there should be rules for rude sellers that ship late, never ships, and gets upset because a buyer wants to cancel a purchase.

Jan 06Reply

briannavanetteI love this!!!

Jan 06Reply

alwaystrendy@bellanblue, thanks for always sharing my items

Jan 06Reply

dbrowning58@bellanblue Thanks for always sharing. I find myself intending to return your kindness by sharing only to find myself lost in your closet. Your Items are classy and fun and your closet is so nicely done. I am trying to be good and refrain from buying but your closet makes it very difficult 😇. I appreciate you. .

Jan 06Reply

bellanblue@dbrowning58 thanks so much for visiting. happy new year!

Jan 06Reply

Jan 07Reply

blondeeshellllGreat post!

Jan 07Reply

artesao_nycHi there! You're like the Poshmark guru for me so thought I'd ask you about a shipping dilemma I have. So yesterday I sold an item but the shipping label didn't come so I used to app feature to resend it to me and I got it. I shipped the item but then after a couple of hours I got an email from Poshmark congratulating me on the sale and the tracking info is completely different.

Jan 07Reply

artesao_nycOddly I still haven't gotten the notification thanking me for shipping the item, which I did at around 11am & it's already almost 7pm. I'm afraid the wires aren't crossing somewhere. I contacted Poshmark support but am too impatient to wait a few days to hear back from them! Any idea what's going on? Thank you in advance!

Jan 07Reply

bellanblue@anyuta_nyc that's never happened to me before. i would email posh and give them the tracking # you used to ship and see what they say.

Jan 07Reply

artesao_nyc@bellanblue you're such a doll. Thanks!! I'll share what I learn here

Jan 07Reply

bellanblue@fiedkenn my best offer for striped dress is $40 with reduced $2.99 shipping. offer is only good if you buy now. let me know if that works and i will set you up.

Jan 08Reply

bellanblue@sandradeln best price for boots are $50 with reduced $2.99 shipping. yes the color is accurate.

Jan 08Reply

bellanblue@natii40404 no I'm sorry that's made specifically for my closet. You can make your own version but pls don't copy it. Thanks!

Jan 09Reply

lillielorettaLove it!😊

Jan 09Reply

ljubav59New to Posh ... Doesn't sharing get you more exposure and better chance to sell items? I share styles that I might have in my closet, even though the item may not fit me or I don't have the circumstances to wear them.

Jan 09Reply

deezgoodsI really like this I might use some of you rules I think all Poshers should adhere to these rule

Jan 10Reply

deezgoods@shopship

Jan 10Reply

elissalorenOh I'm so glad to hear it!! I can't believe people do things like offer $5 for something I have listed for $20 OR submit a $3 offer on something I have listed for $6. Seriously... You know I'm going to make $.05! Irritating. Shared this post!

Jan 12Reply

randileigh100@bellanblue omg this happened to me today! She just didn't like it so she made up a reason that the item was damaged and it was a men's item! I honestly didn't know there was men's clothing allowed.. Since I'm seen men posh before.. AND I clearly stated this was men's and then she is selling men's stuff in her closet... What a joke! 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Jan 12Reply

1pickyshopper@lisasandler Hi, hope you had a great new year! I have a question are we allowed to sell unopened perfume in a sealed box😀 like from Victoria's Secret

Jan 12Reply

bellanblue@lisasandler no perfume or liquids

Jan 12Reply

1pickyshopper@bellanblue Hi, I thought so but when I looked up what I wanted to sell I saw people selling it. So I thought I need to ask my cute bellablue 😀😀😀👍

Jan 12Reply

Jan 12Reply

ively103Yes!! 🙌🏻 I don't know why it's so hard for some to understand 😂

Jan 12Reply

sterling5I really like this post. Im still new to Posh so im still learning. I see a lot of 'rules' posted in closets, but you did a great job! I had some poopy-pants people come to my closet when i first got going but not any since, thank goodness! BTW, i love your closet❤❤❤

Jan 12Reply

tutuohtooYou have the most beautiful items in your closet and you have always been so helpful to me and so gracious when answering questions! When I purchase gifts for others from you it is heartwarming to see the delight in their faces...💕You are wonderful and I am sorry you have had someone express dissatisfaction...we aren't stores at the mall nor do we charge their prices. Maybe it would be best if these people did not shop online and just went to the stores to shop! Love and hugs sweet friend💕

Jan 13Reply

bellanblue@susanstylefile I've never had that happen...

Jan 13Reply

prettygirlswagAgreed!!!

Jan 13Reply

triciatx@susanstylefile Denial would only be if item is not as described. Just show Posh support your original listing. The person could have denied because something didn't fit???

Jan 13Reply

triciatx@bellanblue Have you ever had anyone harrass you on here? I had a girl start harrassing me this morning out of nowhere. She is now tagging all of these people on her personal page and they are harrassing me through her page. I have blocked them all, but they keep tagging me which I can see and so can the public. This is defamation and very upsetting. This is a group of seriously mean girls ganging up on me. 😞

Jan 13Reply

bellanblue@triciatx sadly yes I have been harassed. Report it

Jan 13Reply

bellanblue@mylinhho89 you are very very welcome.

Jan 13Reply

thefunkyroyalsLove this! Another one to add, unless I missed it, is just because I like something doesn't mean I want to get molested with a bunch of "do you want to buy it?, accepting all offers or I give great bundle discounts" messages! I like items for all different reasons but I tell ya there have been some closets I've considered un liking items because of all the messages I get about buying the item(s), it feels harassing & takes the fun out of things! Anyhow awesome post! You go girl!👍🏽

Jan 13Reply

chibisaurus@bellanblue thank you! Im really new to posh, so im glad i found this ! Good things to know! Any other tips for a newbie?

Jan 15Reply

andijoyOmgosh this is great! I had someone leave a few terrible comments on an item she bought for nearly 80% off that I clearly said had some wear. I was absolutely horrified by her behavior, but of course killed it with kindness! 💛🙌🏻🎉

Jan 27Reply

mlevene@mlevene What Jen has written here is fact! It is in fine writing on every page. I have been Poshing since 2010. I have had great success for the most part. Has everything fit? No, but in each case I didn't ask about type of material or for measurements and I just reposhed. I also have bought things that once I got them I was so surprised because they were so amazing for the price. As for Jen's site, she is honest, courteous, and I have found her clothing to be of the highest quality!

Jan 27Reply

cheriemauibound@mary447 Thought maybe you could help.. I don't understand this tag and share Thing. Is there any place that spells IT out for poshers for dummies? Thanks in advance for any help:)

Feb 03Reply

eliteapplause@cheriemauibound If you wanted to tag someone you would click comment on the item and enter in the name of the person you wanted to tag then hit share. As for just sharing when you hit share on an item it goes to all your followers. Read posh tips for newbies in my closet as well.💕💕

Feb 03Reply

lamereboutique@bellanblue love! Any selling recommendations for people who do NWT listings? I opened my closet a week or so ago and no bites on any of my items and I've been sharing and following like crazy! What else can I do besides dropping prices?? Help!

delaneyc28Hello! Beautiful closet, you're always sharing items from my closet and it means a lot. I am just about to share yours too! ♥️ Had some questions I was wondering if you could help? I'm looking at getting a Sellers permit, but I'm a bit confused, do I also have to apply for a business license and EIN? And do those cost anything? Thanks so much! Whatever advice you can give will help! 😊

tnwhitedaisyLove this

Mar 12Reply

ucbcottage@bellanblue I personally would never hurt a sellers reputation even if I didn't like the item. Most of my three stars were completely unnecessary. I did next day shipping and she gave me a three star because shipping time could improve (I was highly confused on that comment). My daughter got a two star because she sold a $5 items and she didn't include something for free as the buyer requested. Happy poshing!!

Apr 02Reply

shannon_joyceI have a general question about makeup. Is it rude of people to comment on clearly used makeup that selling it isn't allowed? Cause the seller usually gets really offended by those comments.. But it's true that it isn't allowed haha. Just wondering what your thoughts are!

Apr 04Reply

bellanblue@shannon_joyce hi there. my best advice is just to not say anything. steer clear of drama. we are not posh police so it's not our job to regulate posh rules. I've seen so many incidences where people are screamed at for saying something. i just try to mind my business and focus on improving my closet. let others do what they want. they will eventually get reported to posh. :)

Apr 04Reply

jamerine29Hi @bellanblue - I have a question about an item that I'm wondering whether it is ok to sell on Posh - I assume you can't sell iPhone earphones on here? Or maybe you can?

Apr 11Reply

bellanblue@jamerine29 no you can't. 😣

Apr 11Reply

jamerine29@bellanblue - Ok thanks! :)

Apr 11Reply

apriljerseygirlHey Jen.., do u have a blog? Lmk were I can find u..I followed u on Twitter, watched your video, but would love to read some of you knowledge..also are u on IG? Snapchat? Thanx sweetie...I'm trying to really build up my closet n make POSHMARK my full time...ty😘😘😘

bellanblue@apriljerseygirl hi no blog since I'm a horrible writer but I'm bellanblue on all socials media.

Apr 19Reply

apriljerseygirl@bellanblue oh ok..ill look for u on IG n fb. I found u on teitter..have a great day girl!! 😘

Apr 19Reply

mzro2I'm learning that many don't honor Posh etiquette at all. I think it is very rude when someone orders from you, but because the shoes don't fit as they like they don't accept the order when received. Not to mention that they sell merchandise also. Which means the seller has to wait the Posh waiting period for your money to be released. I know Posh is very big, but some things just shouldn't be tolerated.

Apr 21Reply

bellanblue@mzro2 hi there. yes it's very rude. as sellers we can't guarantee fit or if you will like the item once you receive them. as long as we deliver what was ordered, we have done our part. sadly there are bad buyers out there. :(

Apr 21Reply

mzro2Granted I just joined in February I take personal pride in all my items that I sell. I'm honest and have been given all 5 stars so far. I know this experience is part of the business, but people should really treat others in the same manner that they would like to be treated. This is s great post. I've learned a lot just reading through the comments. Thanks for posting!

Apr 21Reply

missktgcI love this post! I need to make something similar here shortly. Thank you for always sharing! 💕

Apr 24Reply

theprincess_sso true! I've had a lot of "misfits," but I know its not the seller's fault, I just wish everyone understood this. I would never leave a bad review, but there are a few doozies out there...

Apr 26Reply

yamashtaAloha I was wondering if you could help me with this question. Why do people add things to a bundle and never pursue buying anything? It drives me crazy!!

Apr 28Reply

bellanblue@yamashta so they can find it easier if they decide to buy & most bundle by accident. The button is close to the share button.

Apr 28Reply

yamashtaThanks for the quick response. I can definitely see the mistake part. I'm sure that explains a few items but for 2+ items, who knows. Maybe it's wishful thinking 😜 Mahalo

Apr 28Reply

bellanblue@yamashta I don't even pay attn to that anymore cuz it happens so often. Rarely will they buy. 😬

Apr 28Reply

sarasmiletxHi! I have a quick question. I remember watching one of your YouTube videos & you were using a label printer. I have no idea what type to get but know it would make shipping so much easier. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! ❤️❤️❤️

flyoverstyleA complete, screeching halt to sales? Why yes!!! 😖

May 18Reply

bellanbluei think it's since the wholesale portal launched. :( i lost have of my repeat customers cuz now they want to do retail.

May 18Reply

fashionjunkie16Sorry, but I'd like to ask to know what to expect. I've made some mistakes with other sellers. Do all your items come from a specific brand or are they all without any name tags? It doesn't always reflect the quality, but I'd like to know rather than be disappointed. Hope u don't take it the wrong way.

May 18Reply

bellanblue@fashionjunkie16 no offense at all. all my items all excellent quality. they are from US companies. They are different brands but my store is bellanblue so that's why I brand them that way. Pls tag me on each item you are interested in and I can give you sizing info. :)

May 18Reply

May 31Reply

tallgirl14@bellanblue Hi Jennifer, I hope you had a nice Holiday weekend. I'm sorry to bother you, but I need your help. Basically, I want to send a massive tag on a listing in my closet with 80 or so likes. Instead of tagging everyone individually, I would rather do a massive tag? I thought of you after I received this. I appreciate any help you can give me. Please no rush, as I realize how busy you must be. Thanks very much, Susan

May 31Reply

bellanblue@tallgirl14 hi susan. are you putting it on sale? if you are, then just do a price drop and all that liked will get the notification. that's the easiest way to do it.

May 31Reply

tallgirl14@bellanblue Thanks. I did a price drop incorrectly, although, I corrected it ASAP. However, I'm want to drop it with the correct price and of course Posh won't /show or advertise that way. Therefore, a personal massive tag is what I need to do. No worries , I don't want to take up much of your time. 😀

May 31Reply

bellanblue@tallgirl14 ok so for the mass tag, that's going to take some time. you are just going to have to copy and paste into notes or any program and copy and paste a mass tag.

May 31Reply

tallgirl14@bellanblue Hi Jennifer, that's what I thought. Thanks again for your time. I'll try it tomorrow . Have a great night. Susan

May 31Reply

Jun 22Reply

ginnydog@bellanblue obviously you've had some of the same bad experiences as me, sometimes I get just want to quit posh because people are so awful! But then I remember all the really great people I've met here! I just had a real bad stalking person and it really upset me! Posh has never sided against me in the few times a customer did not read my post! You need to add one more "rule "

Jun 23Reply

ginnydog@bellanblue I have gotten so many damaged and stained things lately! Unbelievable... No way they could miss this stuff... 2 things last week alone, one had a rip right down the front the other said Nwt but no tags and many stains! I am getting sick of people sending me their garbage! Posh needs to have consequences for these things. Thanks for trying to make this a better community!
