is this color closer to the first or second picture? Also, how does the sizing run? With vintage I know it can tend to be smaller

@hplacky hi! It's closer to the second picture, and it is going to be smaller. I'm 5'4 and a half and about 140 pounds and it fits me but pretty high up on my waist and a snag too tight. Usually my skirt size is about a 4 so I would say this fits comfortably a size 2.
