bellanblue
bellanblue@catieb531 hi there. i just received this item back. what did you want to exchange for?
May 12Reply
catieb531
catieb531@bellanblue ok great let me look
May 13Reply
catieb531
catieb531@bellanblue ill do the cheng casual pant instead in navy, I guess a Small since the Medium in these pants were too big
May 13Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@catieb531 did you want to add anything else? i have to set price to $3 since that's the lowest i can set to plus shipping is $5.95. lmk
May 13Reply
catieb531
catieb531Oh so i have to pay shipping again plus what i paid to send back and $3? :/ ... What could I add? I didnt want to spend more...
May 13Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@catieb531 yes buyer is responsible for shipping for exchanges. posh has already collected their 20% so seller never covers shipping for it. :(
May 13Reply
catieb531
catieb531@bellanblue yes im fine with having to pay for shipping to send back but didnt realize i guess id have to pay that twice essential plus another $3....
May 13Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@catieb531 yes that's how exchanges work on posh. since i sent out the correct item but it didn't fit you to your liking, buyer is responsible for shipping charges for entire exchange.
May 13Reply
catieb531
catieb531Ok i dont want to add anything bc i dont want to pay any more, is there a way around that extra $3?
May 13Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@catieb531 no since you can't list anything under $3. the whole $3 goes to posh, that's how they make their money on any transaction.
May 13Reply
catieb531
catieb531@bellanblue ok, can i wait til tomorrow to do the exhange
May 13Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@catieb531 sure. Just tag me when ready.

lyssa021@bellanblue hi! Love your closet. I am interested in these as well as the gigi joggers and sarom dress. My only concern is that I typically wear a pant size of 2 or 25. Do you think the pants would fit? Dress size 2 as well
Jun 13Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@lyssa021 yes these pants run small. gigi also runs small plus has draw string. dress yes will fit size 2.

mirdonna
mirdonna@jessicawarta1 hi-did you ever purchase these? What did you think? Just curious- not usually happy with boutique items- wonder if these would be any different. Thx!
Apr 24Reply
jessicawarta1
jessicawarta1@mirdonna hi @mirdonna! Thanks for reaching out! I'd say to be honest you get what you pay for. The material is quite thin and a bit itchy in my opinion and runs quite small. Im normal a size 6/8 in lululemon and jcrew a 6 for example and had to get a large in these so the fit was spot on style. Hope this helps some!
Apr 24Reply
mirdonna
mirdonna@jessicawarta1 thanks for the feedback. My problem with boutique is the quality of the material. But if your only issue is that it's thin, that's not too bad.
