@hollyaw, thanks for your interest! I apologize for my slow response. The dress is 36" from the center of the neckline, but because of the halter tie neck and the drawstring waist, the length is slightly adjustable based on how you tie those. The exterior is the dress of 99% cotton and 1% elastane. The lining (fully lined) is 100% polyester.
