Hesitant to sell this because it's one of my favorites but it may be time to spread the wealth to another owner. The top speaks for itself. Great as a beach cover up, festival top or your go-to for summer nights (depending on where you live it can be all year 'round). It actually says size Large but I'd call it a one size since I'm usually a small and it's stretchy at the waist and a tie halter. Brand is called Twenty One

cjpodolsky @blancetnoir Nooo. I bought it at a boutique years ago and that's just what the tag says. Unaffiliated with Forever 21. Also, I have a ton of pieces in my closet that are sort of similar to this style (some listed, some soon-to-be) so you may find something that also suits you in my Posh closet. I'm always adding new listings :)
