Jessica Simpson dress

Bright dress is perfect for spring or summer. The floral outer is sheer and the dress underneath is magenta. The magenta peeks out of the bottom and can be seen if the top buttons are left undone. The belt is missing, but you can't see the loops. It as the tags and has never been worn.
