suzmeow @jtwomey1 omfg. I can help you with the police report & you also have to contact the postal inspector service. I've had USPS packages stolen before it's really violating. my mom has had someone from Neiman Marcus charge a $800 dress to her card, FedEx said she signed for it but the signature they produced had her first and last name switched- shitty identity theft job if you ask me 😑 you have to be very vigilant especially around the holidays.

suzmeow @kayelee these ones are not itchy. Soft but not to the point where they are flimsy - they hold structure well if that makes sense. They feel closer to wool yarn than to the regular acrylic fabric that's kind of synthetic feeling & they're nice and warm - I reallyyyy like the mauve, I feel like I own a million cream sweaters already

These are roomy- they're true to size in terms of length, but they're made a little oversized in the body- I think you would definitely be a small based on your usual size and height ❤️ I had someone your height purchase a M and it was a little long/big on her 😁 I usually size up in sweaters (im a true S) but in this one I modeled the S. I'm 3" taller than you@ 5'7

From the picture, it looks like the sleeves are up to your wrists, but they're actually almost three quarter which is a little too short for my liking. :/ You have been awesome with customer service and I will definitely be returning to your closet, however, I would like to send this back to you just bc I'm not happy with the way it looks on me.

I'm sorry you thought that - when things are worn off the shoulder they generally have more length than not (hence the pic I had of the item being worn as a cowl neck where you can see how the sleeves fit on taller girls) . I've never had that complaint before though so I will look into adding measurements directly into the description so this type of misunderstanding does not happen in the future. 💕Again I apologize!

suzmeow @alexiss831 ok so for size S: armpit to armpit 26" and M is the same. base of cowl neck to end of sleeve 24" on both S and M. Length S 29" M ~30" . Let me know your thoughts ☺️There's not too much of a difference between the two except for length and the M feels a little roomier on the bottom.

suzmeow @jacobs3 No worries! My supplier raised costs so I can't go any lower :( I have to take Posh fees & the sales tax I'm supposed to collect into account. These have been selling very well at the listed price but today is $.99 shipping & I discount bundles :) I have seen similar pieces on posh at all price points, but I stick by my products as great quality & comfortable pieces that I hand select. suzmeow @beckyjean1121 hi! What size do you normally wear in tops and sweaters? I would say you could potentially pull either off... The main difference is the length (1" dif) and the room on the bottom half of the sweater (1"dif) between the S and M- everything else is the same. I fostered them through a program the vet school ran & I'd fostered through before but they had such amazing personalities I had to adopt them... Unfortunately, no, I am all sold out and don't know if this style will be available again this fall :( However, I think the silver top should look great on you, as they ran at least 1 size large from my experience, but of course I'd encourage you to check the measurements against a top you already own. I have several other tops in a similar loose/flowy style in white, burgundy, and black in my closet in size L
