michwillsHi, I’m sort of new to posh, I apologize, I don’t know how to reach you, I bought your rainbows clutch! I’m awaiting a new cc & will pay you as soon as it comes in the mail! I had to order a new one today. I’m so sorry to reach out like this but it was the only way I could! Appreciate it, thank you!

halebopshop@michwills Hi! Thank you so much for the order and for reaching out 😊 PM handles all aspects of the payment and just tells me when to ship. It doesn’t let you ship if payment hasn’t already gone through, and it looks like it has from what I can see as they’ve already sent me a label.

Oct 19Reply

halebopshop@michwills If you’re unsure about your payment, You can click your username in the lower right hand corner on the app and click “My Purchases” or “Payment Methods”. I believe you can also reach out to posh on that page if you have any questions/concerns beyond what you’re able to find there. Hope this helps and thanks again for the order! ♥️🌈

wearejoyHi, just bought the baby blue Rixo dress in size 12. Would it be ok if you send the size 16 instead of size 12? I'm size 12-14, but I'd rather the dress fit a bit bigger than smaller. Thank you so much. Please let me know that you got this message.

pgxxxHi ! Is your shop name a play on the Comet named Hale Bopp?? If so , what a reference ! I love it either way just had to ask :)

Feb 20Reply

halebopshop@pgxxx Yes! I was a toddler when the comet was around and my name is Hayley, so my parents gave me the nickname 😂

Feb 20Reply

pgxxx@halebopshop hahahaha ! and that is AWESOME!!! I was a hm maybe 6 or 7 when Halley’s Comet flew by and that was quite a memory , your folks will recall that one quite well then . With any luck you’ll get to see its return . Well this has put a smile on my face … I love seeing these special references… have a wonderful week
