This skirt is size 12, 16 1/4" waist. It is in great condition, no flaws whatsoever. It is made of 68% acrylic, 28% rayon and 4% polyester. It has zipper on the back side. Dry clean only. It has gold accents and it is shimmery. Casual and stylish. I am 5'4" and it is right on the knee for length. Make a reasonable offer if you really like this skirt.

May I have the waist measurement? I measure by placing measuring tape at side seam of waistband, and run it straight across to the opposite side seam. Thanks
