adri08flores @dilmarjan3 Hi there! Posh typically takes a day or two to reply, and the weekend could be affecting their response as well. I would reach out to the buyer/customer and explain what is going on and that you are actively trying to resolve it. Finally, try to contact the person that the package is heading to currently and explain to them as well, and request them to send the package back to you. Hope it all works out for you and your buyer!
