smmerchant @tanishaa1 hi dear,ur not going to believe this...I sold this bag on Mer to this person who is also on posh.She was in constant coordination with me until she received the bag.im devastated...I just got an email from Merc,saying customer claimed NO Content received.im not even in the country to deal with this,I actually came to India to take care of my ailing grand mother.My heart is sinking...why do people do such things??I've dunno what to do:( just thought I'll talk to someone...

cydalatumn @smmerchant Hi I got it as a gift and was told it was authentic. I own the gold one that I purchased from Nordstroms and it looks the same but my lettering is rubbed off because it is older and i carry it all the time. Please no worries if you need to return. I have all positive feedback on both sites and would never be underhanded. I believed it to be authentic or I would not have listed it as such. Let me know what you would luke to do. Thanks!!
