pam21213 I have tried to communicate with you in reference to the shoes I ordered and you didn’t reply about the message I sent I don’t know how to add a photo on here and I was able to send the photo to Poshmark to help me they sent me a return later to return the shoes but I never had a problem with a item until now I was trying to see if you could reduce the price and I can get it repaired at a shoe shop but I was asking for a partial refund so I can pay the shoe shop you never answer me back

tnissen @pam21213 I have never had to deal with any issues regarding merchandise not being satisfactory, so if they’ve refunded you the money, then just send them back to me. I did not received any pictures from Poshmark, nor did I notice any defects in the shoes when I sent them.

tnissen @pam21213 good morning, I already attempted to send you one message. You seriously pay $20 for a pair of shoes that you don’t like, so send them back. I worked all day yesterday, I do not have my phone on me 24-7 nor care to check my messages every five minutes to make you happy. Send them back and get your full refund.

pam21213 @tnissen I don’t have to lie about it and like I said there is no way to send it on here this is disappointing because and inconvenience I don’t know how this works because never had a problem before I tried reaching out to you but you didn’t reply there no way to send a pic on here if you know then let me know email or some way so you can see all I did was try the she on after I received it and on the side the material was sticking out not fair to have to go through this at all

pam21213 I surely will and I wish there was a way to let everyone know about your defected products may not purchase anything again because I won’t hopefully they can see these messages and see how you handle any conflicts and problems with your products so good luck miss be buyers be aware of this don’t want to handle problems with her products damaged goods

missmoly Contact Poshmark and tell them the issue and send copies of the seller telling you to send them back for a full refund before she tells you she did not say that. Send all pictures to Poshmark and they should send you a label to return them. I am shocked that the customer said she does not check her phone with that attitude. Send that to Poshmark as well. Stay in touch ❤️

tnissen @pam21213 I replied within 24 hours which is more than satisfactory as well as ample time for a response. I was not aware that there was an issue until late last night when I checked the app, therefore I was not ignoring you and your concerns. By the time I saw this was well into the evening and you had already been refunded your money. At this point, I don’t even care about the shoes, just keep them, throw them in the garbage, I’m over this. God bless and have a great day.
