It can be corrected, just get well! found out yesterday I have almost no progesterone, thyroid is messed up, pre diabetic and need to lose 75 lbs😱no wonder I feel like 💩. I'm taking HCG shots & starting 800 calorie diet Thursday. I take shot 2 days, eat high fat diet then it gets shocked on the 3rd day by no fat and low calorie. My 13 yr old started prep school Monday so it will be easier I hope. No snack food!
