There are small dots on the back of the shorts as shown in the last 2 pics. They are only noticeable if you look for them. Shorts are a light pint, and have a built in underwear/lining. I would recommend wearing underwear still, but you can't see through the shorts because if the lining.

No , not bleach. I honestly couldn't tell u. I wore them once. My guess is I got splashed with dirt or something or kicked it up while walking. In Hawaii we wear slippers a lot, and they tend to kick up water and/or dirt sometimes. It's a bummer. I really don't mind it bc u can barely see it, but that's me.
