@tracychevy1 Hi Tracy!! The approx flat measurements are about 17.5"-18". The material gathers at the waist, so it's a little hard to get an exact measure. The material is almost like a thin sweatshirt material and is stretchy. I hope this helps! Lmk if you have more questions! 🌸🌸
