Judith March dress, size 2

Never worn! Purchased in 2015. This playful Judith March dress is constructed of two airy layers of poly chiffon. The color is between a turquoise and sea foam green with scattered metallic (silver and gold) dots screen printed on top layer. Spaghetti straps go over shoulders and thread into a narrow back panel highlighting shoulders in back. Hem from shoulder is 34". The bottom layer hangs down under top layer about 2". Very chic and versatile. Wear with heels or flip flops!
