I am so sorry to hear that. I checked the tracking number, it was delivered at 10.16 in/at mailbox. I wonder they put into the apt mailbox or put to your front door. Can you contact your Apt or the post office nearest you place? 😢 hope you will find it. 😣

@konsale00 Yeah, I just figured out what happened, I changed my location under "my address" on my profile before I purchased, and then I purchased, and the items shipped to my old address in Virginia (and I have no idea who lives there), and Im now in Chicago. I'm not sure why posh didn't send it to my updated address but I'm not sure how to work around this now

@konsale00 I'm going to email support and let them know what's going on. The app updated my address, I double checked before purchasing, but when it was actually processed it didn't send it to the updated one! 😡 how frustrating
