All photos from the mid 80's. I had 2 guy friends that loved taking photos. I was their subject and these photos are taken in San Francisco. I was so into fashion, hair and makeup. I was a cosmetologist at the time. My shoes never went out of style and I'm wearing my Guess Marilyn's. The jacket was Evan Picone, a thrift find, very expensive brand at the time. I was in my early 20's. (That last shot in my jumpsuit has an amazing silhouette!)

@paolarocanlover looking back I wish I'd done grunge but at that point I was more conservative because I quit doing hair, lost touch my music side, and was in the common work world. My style still looked good though it lost the edge I'm trying to relive at 51, lol.👻BOO HAPPY HALLOWEEN!👻

@yvette626 Thanks, I'm 51 now. So funny, I went to use a Boy George black and white photo but I couldn't get the background to fade enough for the words. I think this is Billy Idol. I loved and still love the 80s. I think the clothes and hair were great! Thanks for the comment!

I get around that number too when Im not on the wheel. Also I put "!" before my name that will move me to the begging of the list of following/followers. That helps. People follow blindly sometimes

It's ok. Exclamation comes before letter on keyboard. Check your followers or following. You will see closet with ! first. "The Wheel of Suggested Users" is the thing when you press "add more people" on Feed (application only). PM picks 30 SUs every hour and recommends them to the others. You should follow SUs. It's always a plus.

@yomi_01 I actually made a listing saying I want one like it. I got a very similar one from one of my Vintage Vixen friends. The silhouette is the same, it's black also and I can't wait to wear it. I need to find a substitute for the black patent stilettos I used to wear. Bad feet now. I'm going to post a photo when I finally wear it. 🍒❤️xoxoxoxo❤️🍒

@kittybutterfly thank you. I love my Guess Marilyns. I found a pair at Goodwill and I wear them at least once a week. I can’t find the right too though. I need it to hit right at the waist so the high waist can be appreciated. I’m tucking in a Versace Top now but it doesn’t work too well.

It wasn’t all geometric (although underneath my goodwill thrifted Evan Picone blazer is a geometric blouse). There were some phenomenal silhouettes and my “pumps” are still being worn today.
