fromny2nc Hi @angie030737 This is a GREAT Waist Trainer! I've been using it for 3 months & I've lost 3 inches! I wear it 5 hours per day & I do not sleep in it - although some women do. It has 7 Steel Bonings in it which keeps it firm & in place & holds everything in, unlike the latex models that do not have boning. Without the boning the other models roll up and dig into your skin if you have any "rolls" so this is one is PERFECT! New shipment on the way so I will make you a listing and tag you.

fromny2nc @rsider The trainer works well. Results will vary based on usage. I have some clients that wear it 5 hours a day, some all day and some sleep in theirs. Depends on your commitment. I wear mine 8 hours per day and I've lost 4" in 2 months as well as other Poshers that have downsized in 6 weeks from results.

fromny2nc @eameow I started out wearing it 5 hours a day and then I slept in it a few times. It is 11.5" long for full torso coverage. It has 3 sets of clips to keep a snug fit for great results. It has steel boning so it doesn't roll up or dig into skin if you have "rolls". I recommend ordering 1-2 sizes smaller than your measurements

fromny2nc @eameow OK. No need to measure other places. If you have a belly (a little pooch on the lower abdomen) the trainer will pull it in. I would suggest a Medium to start. I have a Posher on here that purchased 3 trainers from me as her waist shrunk over a few months.

fromny2nc @eameow No - you want it a little snug. The medium is to accommodate 30-33". You being at 34" will allow you to wear it in the first set of clips. After about a week you should be able to move to the 2nd row of clips and within a month depending on how often you wear it you can go to 3rd set of clips.

specialt33doll This is very confusing to me because I have been shopping around for wait trainers and based off of my height and weight many of them say I'm a medium. So maybe I should check my waist size again to be sure? @fromny2nc

fromny2nc @specialt33doll It's not based on your height or weight. It's based on your waist measurements. Also, keep in mind that different vendors use different sizings. Look at the chart and measure an inch above your belly button and order 1 size below your measurements. LMK if you have any more questions.

fromny2nc @lukiflats you can choose medium which accommodates 30-33" waist. Start on the 1 set of clips and tighten as you feel comfortable. If you want radical change sooner you can order small for 26-29" waist. It will be snug and maybe a little uncomfortable for the first few days but will give great results. Your choice
