chanynix @mamamarcella hey I've looked all over them and I cannot find a brand name !! they were a gift so I honestly cannot say but I took a picture of the bottom and sole and yes it looks waterproof but not that thick and there's a picture of the tag so you know what it's made out off! if u can find the brand anywhere that be great. either way I've never worn them and they are in like new condition and thank you for looking !! ❤️❤️❤️

chanynix @mamamarcella if you look at that tag it does have the letters JCP so maybe it's from JC Penny? they were a gift so I cannot say myself !
