Hello! I’m Kristin! The Hoarding Minimalist name comes from my intrinsic draw to treasure hunt and collect - oddly paired with my affection to practice selective and conscious consumption. I’m basically a walking conundrum. Few things about my closet: 📬 I ship same/next day ❤️ I love reasonable offers 📦 I offer steep bundle discounts 🔍 I inspect and launder all items 🚫 I don’t trade or hold, sorry! 🙋‍♀️ Any questions, just ask!

bossypantsboutiHello ! I took a look at your closet and it looks like you are doing really well on Poshmark! Do you have any tips for us?? We are eager to network and learn as much as we can!

Dec 05Reply

minimal_hoarder@bossypantsbouti Hi! Happy to discuss! I would make sure that you’re utilizing as many photos (I know sometimes it’s hard) to show as many angles of the item as possible. Take photos of the care/fabric tags, and include measurements when you can, too! Also I would limit the amount of sale signs in your closet so that it doesn’t feel cluttered when someone’s browsing your listings. Focus on taking the best cover photos you can, and self-share as much as possible for exposure! ❤️❤️

Dec 05Reply

bossypantsbouti@kristin_meyer Thank you so much I am going to take in all this advise and get started as soon as I get done work!!!! I really appreciate the prompt response!

Dec 05Reply

mysterybuff04Hi love! I am so obsessed with your closet. We have so many of the same designers. I am in Indy too! On southside. We should get together and I can learn from you. 💕 Maybe vice versa! 😊 I retired early from Eli Lilly last December and doing this online now. I have 3 dogs.

Dec 06Reply

mysterybuff04Im addicted to purses and diet pepsi!

Dec 06Reply

minimal_hoarder@mysterybuff04 that’s awesome! I’m on the north side 🤗 there was actually just a posh meet up (posh n’ sip) a couple days ago! I’ll be sure to tag you next time we get together - love meeting new faces!

Dec 07Reply

mysterybuff04@kristin_meyer cool sounds good

Dec 07Reply

kattaxThanks for the encouragement! I sent some shares your way as thanks. Have an awesome week. 😊

Dec 10Reply

ajreiffSorry loved that skirt but not quite my size. I’m losing weight but still working to get to size 8. Thanks for offer😉

Dec 15Reply

ajreiffI’m new to Poshmark. Hoping to make some sales soon. When you mail goods does Poshmark have certain requirements? Any of your suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dec 15Reply

minimal_hoarder@ajreiff Welcome!! There are a few, yes. The label only covers up to 5lbs, which 99.9% of your sales will be under 5lbs. You can use your own mailers or you can get shipping supplies for free from the usps. You can use their “mailing” or “flat rate” boxes/envelopes - stay away anything that says “express” - posh postage doesn’t cover that. Otherwise just make sure your item is nicely/securely packaged and you’re set!

Dec 15Reply

ajreiff@minimal_hoarder good to know that is helpful

Dec 15Reply

jacobswellHi! I absolutely love your closet! I sell mostly jeans, so I was wondering if you have any tips on how to get good cover shots for jeans. I've never been good at photography but I'd like to up my cover shot game😂😂 I wish you a merry Christmas and happy poshing!

Dec 24Reply

minimal_hoarder@jacobswell Hi! Merry Christmas to you too! Honestly I think your cover photos look great! Sometimes I struggle with how to style jeans but only because I like my closet to have as much of a uniform look as possible, but the truth is that certain jeans look styled in certain ways and I think you’ve done an awesome job showcasing that!

Dec 24Reply

jacobswell@minimal_hoarder thanks so much! I appreciate the advice!

Dec 24Reply
