stephylee266 @tammy0618 the elastic band going across the top is about 24.5 inches. There is a lot more room in the bust area however as the dress stretches quite a bit. The length from the top to the shortest part in the front of the dress is 26 inches. Let me know if I can help you worn anything else! 💟
