Three-quarter length sleeves, fully lined with brown poly satin-like fabric, self-covered buttons, faux pockets, gathered buttoned cuffs, double pleats at center back. 61% cotton, 25% polyester, 14% rayon. readeadams@kavon18 Bust measured at armpit to armpit is 40". This jacket is much more like a small, though, I think. I'm a size large on top, and this was way too tight for me, even though it's a swing coat with pleats in the back. Shoulders were tight on me, and sleeves (even though three-quarter length) just felt constrictive. Let me know what you think or if you need more measurements. I don't want to sell it to you if it's not going to fit. That would be a total bummer on both sides.
