This dress is an XS but it fits more like a small. It was a little long on me but other than that it fits beautifully. It buttons all the way down the front and there is a tie in the back. The fabric has an ivory sheer floral print but there is a slip underneath. Bought from Macy's this summer- American Rag.

ala92 @shelly592 yes the lace all buttons up in the front, there is also a tie that adjusts, and the slip is pretty stretchy. I'm busty and it fit me just fine, just a but snug.
