kelly_colie32 @skravtsova I would say yes. I'm a medium and it was too tight on me. I mean idk if you're a 00! Lol. It's stretchy and I tried it on when I got home and it was just too small so I hung it in my closet and posted it on here. Lol. I was super bummed that it didn't fit because it really is cute.
