It encourages buyers to buy multiple items from you to save money and make the most out of shipping.

allovespaws It has been 11 days and I still have no idea what is going on. I understand if you had an emergency or vacation or something like that, but you have not told me anything so how am I supposed to know? Although it has been quite a while, I'm not asking for you to ship it right at this second. I just would like for you to at the very least communicate with me and answer. Otherwise, it is quite frustrating for me.

allovespaws This is just getting to be ridiculous. It's been about 16 days (over 2 weeks) and you still have not shipped it. Terrible communication, you hardly ever responded to anything I said, and when you did, you did not hold to your word. I am quite frustrated and disappointed on not only how incredibly long I've waited and now I won't even be getting the items I purchased, but also because of the great lack of communication.
