1x: 30"- 40" both sizes stretch a bit beyond that, but I don't think it would be comfortable beyond that

@jnc650 thank you! I think the XL would be fine, it's just so hard when your not in person. At torrid I'm between a 0-1 depending on the stretch, and city chic I'm between an xs-s once again depending on the stretch. I prefer my clothes form fitting, especially a peplum 💖 what would you suggest given that info?
