Minor scratch (visible only if you look very closely) on the side of the right shoe. The inner sides of the shoes have slight creasing from trying them on. Otherwise these heels are in an excellent, like-new condition. Come with Chanel dust bag but no box because one of my dogs ate it as an appetizer.
