Black, fabric upper boots, Tahari "Kat", size 81/2 , 4 " heel.Very good condition, very comfortable. They have an inside zipper, and the ankle circumference is 11" ( around the ankle).From the bottom start of the zipper all the way up the calf, is 17 ". They fall right bellow the knee.
