shopgrl825 All of our transactions the shipping has been delayed for 8 days in one place? they are investigating along with the postal service it's been a month she resold the items I traded her for and I still have nothing.... But they can look at the shopping and see where it's gone ? It's weird and I'm not the only one someone said they think she works for postal service and scans then returns them back to herself the items that are on their way are up for sale again!!

misssmyranda I think she scammed me too😭😭😭 and it was a very expensive item we traded. I sent mine out and she got mine Saturday, I have yet to see she even sent mine. She has good reviews though so hopefully it's some sort of miscommunication. But not likely

sarahjin612 By the way, she cancelled my order and I clearly told her NOT to. when I get the notification from poshmark , it said "seller changed mind" I never said one thing about changing my mind on the order. What makes me mad is she still has my item that was in great condition, and a lot more expensive than what she intended to trade me.

sarahjin612 Hi! On break now. So, basically I tried to call her local pd but they told me that I would have to start with my own local pd first. I suggest you all do that, and then get the ball rolling. Keep emailing to poshmark. It's within our rights to know when a user is trying to take our money away like that. Irresponsible of poshmark to say the least.

So actually I got a hold of a pd in Missouri, and they told me to call Kansas City police department and ask for the "cyber unit" explain the issue to them. arsbars Ok ladies! Just got off the phone w an attorney. He's going to be sending her a letter on Mon about my sales transaction w her, but will also include a statement about her "pattern of criminal behavior...scamming other women on PM" demanding that she return all stolen items (incl my 2 GWP items), or else we will form a class action suit against her for Internet/mail fraud. The only issue is if she's using fake IDs, then we're back to square one. Please send all positive energy! 🙏🏼
