Brand NWOT black/off white hi/lo dress with side cut outs and exposed zipper. Just took out of package to take pictures. Super cute! Black top is textured and off white bottom has a crepe like feel and is see through. Size Small = 0-2, Medium = 4-6, Large = 8-10 approximately.
